Shipping
All shipments are sent from Prague, the Czech Republic, shipped via the Czech Post unless specified otherwise by your option. We manage to ship the marionettes worldwide with the price depending on the weight (the exact shipping cost can be checked at our shopping cart). There are two shipping options: Priority and Economy.
Priority: 7-10 days airmal to the USA
5-10 days airmail within Europe
10-14 days airmail to Asia/Australia
Economy: 4-6 weeks air/ground mail to most countries
Damaged policy
If the marionette is received damaged we will of course take every effort to arrange the repair, and we will repair it free of charge, with the customer paying the shipping cost
- the damaged part we are able to repair and send to you at our cost. The customer may send the photo of the damaged marionette which helps us.
Please contact us via email no later than 7 calendar days from the date you received the marionette.
